There is  a medical education technology  unit in our institution for faculty development and for providing teaching or learning resource material.

 The requirements of this unit are fulfilled as per NCH regulations.  Periodical training on technology used in teaching is imparted to the faculty in our  medical institution by University. The certificate of participation of each faculty is documented in the unit. Principal is the in-charge of the medical education technology unit. Functions of the Department are as follows, namely:-

• Curriculum planning and implementation of Competency Based Dynamic Curriculum as directed by the Commission;
• Evaluation of teaching and training programme;
• Conduct workshop for faculty in areas of medical education technology;
• Conducting research in Medical Education.
